İstanbul Natural Gas Combined Cycle Power Plant-A
Location: İstanbul, Turkey
Date: 2005-2024
The following works have been carried out on 6 V94.2 model gas turbines installed in the facility.
Scope of Work:
a-Minor Inspection / Combustion Inspection)
Inspection of injectors, ignition systems, and thermocouples
Filter replacement
Visual inspection and boroscope inspection
- (HGPI) Hot Gas Path Inspection
Inspection of combustion chamber + hot gas path parts.
Inspection of nozzles, turbine blades, directional blades.
Replacement of 1st and 2nd stage stationary and rotating blades with new ones.
Replacement of mixing-chamber and inner-casing with new ones.
Replacement of other worn parts in hot gas path (ceramic tile etc.)
- Major Overhaul / Major Inspection
Dismantling of all main components including compressor, turbine and generator (Type: TLRI 108/41)
Checking rotor balance, bearings, sealing systems, gears
Overhaul of rotor
Other Routine Maintenance:
Offline and online cleaning (especially for compressor)
Vibration monitoring and analysis
Oil analysis and control of filtration systems
